So one wonder how honest the system of reviewing restaurants really is after all if restaurants are allowed to erase honest reviews they dislike? I 'll rewrite it: I bought myself a Let 's Deal for a main course, nan bread and a soft drink. I opted for the sizzler. There is a say: One gets what one pays for and the quality of firstly the bread was awful, it lacked the characteristics a typical nan bread should have, crisp and nice. The dish itself did not deliver, the rice had been previously cooked and just heated, and the chicken pieces as well, which tasted just awful. the sauce which should be the cherry on top was tasteless and lacked the originality an Indian sauce should have. The only good thing was the soda which tasted as it should be. So my honest review for people who are looking at visiting India Lord is to avoid the place, they are not honest. Instead try the bengali restaurant Mowglis Kök near Odenplan, they are honest and serve really genuine Indian and Bengalian dishes.
We have bought a special deal there a meal and naanbread suppose to be included. I have boked a table at 5 em and we arrived to the place 5 min earlier. The guy who is in charge at the desk told me we have to wait till there will be a free table. I had 2 small kids with me and standing ther and wait for uknown time was terrible. Some of the guests hierd that and left becouse they felt sorry for me. When i finally ordered the food they gave me vary litle of rice and when i ask for a litle bit more they charged me 50 kr extra. And ofcourse he forgot the bread. Very bad sevice and the food wasn 't anything special. If you like a good meal and good sirvice you shouldn 't vosit this restaurang!
Hi, Really terrible indian restuarent, Read horrible reviews before booking but still went ahead with booking but it was as other reviewed. Horrible food and horrible service. No No for future.
There's a great all you can eat lunch deal here for the good price of 99kr which includes all the hot meals and drinks, salads, poppadoms and teas/coffees. Three of our party had it and liked it very much. The other two of us went for the vegetarian Thali, which was fantastic each of the three curries was delicious. The manager was very friendly and the buffet was well laid out and easy to take from. There's an easygoing ambience.
Very good indian restaurant with friendly staff and reasonable prices. This restaurant serves the best tikka sauce I have ever tried!!
