The staff was incredibly friendly, with the manager even remembering us from 6 months ago. The restaurant serves fantastic traditional South African food - full of rich flavors and calories. This is no place for small steamed vegetable plates; the food here is hearty and reminiscent of what fuels the Springbok Rugby Team. It's a must-visit for a relaxing, delicious, and laid-back evening. The atmosphere is casual, but the flavors are incredible, and the cocktails are top-notch.

Incredibly friendly staff, the manager reminded us of months ago. great traditional South African foods....real hardcore calorie and taste, none of their tiny tellers of steamed vegetables here, this eating is what the jumpbok rugby team ffs built. this wonderful place is a must for a relaxing, delicous and completely relaxed evening. there are no frills, only fantastic aromas and the cocktails are supposed to die.

That was great. really happy with the experience! only to note that the menus have been updated (see photos) with price changes and their website still shows the old information.

I'm here a couple times and it's mine and my partner happy place! the personal is always incredible, eating is to die and the drinks are dangerous delicious! I live south and we always come here when I visit! can't wait to get up here so we can get a constant supply of their amazing biltongs!

After we have tried various places to eat on a bank holiday to discover it completely booked or rude fellow workers, we have luck with our 5th attempt. it was so refreshing to be welcomed and informed, there were food available. our friends were vegan and this place had a lot of choice surprising for them! we had happy to arrive during the happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails. I chose a distinctive mojito that was made beautiful. for beginners I really wanted to taste chicken wings or the mac n cheese, but I worship bulton. When that came, it was just like the one my friend had brought back from Malawi. it was convenient to use a paper bag that offers a medium for snacks later and kitty tasty. for the net order all hate one? a thick broth plate, filled with various meats such as lamb or pebbles. I had a bobadi dish that were baked with mint. all seasoned were perfect and generous. overall really good service and a beautiful variety especially for vegan vegan vegans.
